OBITUARY:
 Howard Wesley Hamrick, 85 of Little Hocking, Ohio passed away on July 27, 2015 at the Camden Clark Medical Center in Parkersburg, WV. He was born in Parkersburg, WV on April 27, 1930 to George W. Hamrick and Leona Mae Wells and raised by his loving step father, Harry Wells.
 He attended Parkersburg High School and served during the Korean Conflict in the United States Army. Howard was a standing of the Belpre Masonic Lodge #609. Howard retired from Corning Glass after 37 years of service.
 He married Rachel Roberta Cox Hamrick in 1953. He is survived by his wife, Rachel and five children, sons, Howard W. Hamrick Jr. (Kathy), Dewayne D. Hamrick (Terri), Christopher B. Hamrick (Allison), Randell R. Hamrick (Amanda), and daughter, Sandra J. Colvin (Don). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and his brothers and sisters, Avery, Truman, Pauline and Jean.
 In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Denzil and Floyd, his sister, Geraldine, son, Leroy, and grandson, Andrew.
 Services will be on Thursday at 11:00 AM at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Belpre with Pastor Mark Eaton officiating. Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery.

 Rachel Roberta Hamrick, formerly of Little Hocking, Ohio passed away January 25, 2020 under the Hospice Care of Marietta Memorial Hospital in Marietta, Ohio.
 Rachel was born on September 29, 1935 in Elizabeth, WV. She was the daughter of Okey J. Cox and Opal Miller Cox. She attended Wirt County High School in Elizabeth, WV and was a member of Porterfield Baptist Church in Little Hocking, Ohio. She lived her life as a homemaker, enjoyed canning from her large garden and baking cookies for her children.
 Rachel is survived by her children, Dewayne (Terry) Hamrick of Vincent, OH, Sandra (Don) Colvin of Belpre, OH, Christopher (Allison) Hamrick of Parkersburg, WV, Randell (Amanda) Hamrick of Belpre, OH, daughter-in-law Katherine Hamrick of Little Hocking, OH, fifteen grandchildren and twenty seven great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers, Robert Cox of Youngstown, OH, Raymond (Yvonne) Cox of Washington, WV, her sisters, Ruth (David) Mann of Collinsville, TX, Ramona Watson of Belpre, OH, Rhonda Wade of St. Petersburg, FL, her sisters-in-law, Betty Wells of Parkersburg, WV, Lucille "Sadie" Cox of Elizabeth, WV and several nieces and nephews.
 In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Howard W. Hamrick Sr. whom she married in March of 1953, her oldest son, Howard Hamrick, Jr., grandson, Andrew Hamrick, brother, Ronald Cox, half brothers and sisters, Ralph Cox, Royden Cox, Ruby Hendricks, Rosie Mae Elkins and three infant siblings.
 Funeral services will be held at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Belpre on Wednesday at 1:00 PM with Pastor Mark Eaton officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Burial will follow at the Fairview Cemetery, Spence Rd. in Belpre, Ohio.

 Betty Lou Atkinson Wells, 82, of Mineral Wells, passed away Jan. 17, 2015, at Camden Clark Medical Center, Memorial Campus.
 She was born in Parkersburg, the daughter of the late Joseph and Iva L. Nelson Atkinson.
 She enjoyed watching Pro Football and was a Dallas Cowboys fan and also enjoyed watching the Golf Channel and was a Tiger Woods fan. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church and was a homemaker.
 She is survived by her children, Floyd Adrian Wells Jr. (Dawn) of Parkersburg, Latricia Ann Griffith of Parkersburg, Charlene Welker (Thomas) of Mineral Wells, Doris Jean Grant (Curtis) of Phoenix, Ariz., David Alan Wells of Mineral Wells and Larry Alan Wells of Louisville, Ky.; 10 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.
 She was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Adrian Wells Sr.; and her brothers and sisters, Millard Atkinson, Bernice Smith, Lottie Piggott, Lydia Hurst, Mabel Snyder, Raggie Atkinson, Joseph Atkinson, Gilbert Atkinson and an infant sister.
 Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Leavitt Funeral Home in Parkersburg, with Pastor Debbie Tuttle Cain officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen North Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m.
 The family wishes to thank the Camden Clark Emergency Room, The Critical Care Unit and Dr. Kelil for their wonderful care.
