OBITUARY:
  Ruby G. Beha, 71, of Davisville, died May 5, 1995 at St. Josephs Hospital.
 She was born in Petroleum, Ritchie County, a daughter of the late Bert W. and Sophia Headley Foutty.  She was a homemaker and attended the Hope Free Will Baptist Church.
 Surviving are her husband Denver Beha; one daughter, Sherry Deem of Parkersburg; two sons; Larry Beha of Elizabeth and Mark Beha of Harpers Ferry, W.V.; one sister, Edith Dulaney of Parkersburg; two brothers, Andrew Foutty of Vienna and Bert L. Foutty of Washington; two granddaughters and five grandsons.
 Services 11 a.m. Monday, Hope Free Will Baptist Church, the Rev. Tom Blake and the Rev. Kenny Samms officiating.  Burial Sunset Memory Garden.
 Visitation 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. today, Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg, and at the church 10-11 a.m. Monday.

Russell Boyd DULANEY

OBITUARY:
 Russell B. Dulaney, 58, of Barberton, O., a native of Ritchie County, died yesterday in Barberton Citizens Hospital.
 He was born at Petroleum, son of Benjamin Franklin Dulaney, deceased, and Mrs Bessie Furr Dulaney who survives and is a resident of Petroleum. He was employed by Barnard Pipe Line Co., Barberton.
 Survivors in addition to his mother include his wife, Mrs. Edith Foutty Dulaney, Barberton; a son, Steven Dulaney, at home; a daughter, Mrs. Suellen Palumbo, Stow, O.; four brothers, Charles, of Akron, O.; Merlyn, Powhattan Point, O.; and Marvin and Conrad Dulaney; both of Petroleum; two sisters, Mrs. Genevieve Dauler and Mrs. Evagene Sellers, both of Akron; and two grandchildren, Joann and Johnny Palumbo.
 He was preceded in death by his father and two brothers.
 Services were held at the Cisco Methodist Church, the Rev. Orval Cunningham, assisted by the Rev. Charles E. Leonard of Akron, officiating. Burial was in the Lewis Cemetery at Rusk, Ritchie County.

Charles David HUTCHINSON

OBITUARY:
Dave Hutchinson
 ELIZABETH -- Pastor Dave Hutchinson, 50, of Elizabeth, died Sept. 7, 1993 at the Louis A. Johnson Veterans Administration Medical Center, Clarksburg, after a brief illness.
 He was born in Wirt County, a son of Lena Jane Watkins Hutchinson of Elizabeth and the late Rev. Chester "Joe" Hutchinson.  He was a 1961 graduate of Wirt County High School and a U.S. Air Force veteran, having served in the Viet Nam War.  He was a former employee of Ravens Metal Products of Elizabeth, Walker of Parkersburg, served as plant manager of Republic Steel of Rainsville, Ala., and was a supervisor for Teleflex of Van Wert, Ohio.  For the past two years, he has served as pastor of God's House of Worship in Elizabeth.
 Surviving in addition to his mother are his wife of seven years, Kelly Ray Hutchinson; one son, Davey Bays of Hurricane; three daughters, Jami Hutchinson of Parkersburg, Jodi Hutchinson and Codi Hutchinson, both of Elizabeth; three brothers, Daniel Hutchinson of Parkersburg, Billy Hutchinson of Richwood, and Ronald Hutchinson of Elizabeth; and three grandchildren.
 He was preceded in death by one brother, Jerry Hutchinson, in 1970.
 Services 1 p.m. Saturday, Busch Funeral Home, Elizabeth, the Rev. Robert Clegg officiating.  Burial Watkins Family Cemetery, Elizabeth, with military graveside honors by American Legion Post 55, Elizabeth.
 Visitation after 2 p.m. Friday and until the hour of services Saturday.
