OBITUARY:
 Ida Esther "Tommy" Kidder, 95, of Elizabeth, W.Va., passed away Wednesday, July 23, 2008, at the Willows Nursing Home in Parkersburg.
 She was born in Wirt County on July 2, 1912, the daughter of the late Eura and Willa Bonnett. She was married for 65 years to the late Earl Kidder. She was a member of the Elizabeth Baptist Church. She enjoyed quilting, crocheting, cooking, gardening and most of all spending time with her children and grandchildren.
 She is survived by four children, Reba Belt of Elizabeth, Lois Cheuvront of Belpre, Patty (Jim) Beams of Townsend, Del., and Buck Kidder of Elizabeth; three brothers, Harold (Betty) Bonnett of Marietta, Paul (Juanita) Bonnett of Ironton, Ohio, and Denver Bonnett of Marietta; two sisters, Wilma (Duane) Wilson of Elizabeth and Roberta (Don) Struble of Rising Sun, Md.; 16 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
 She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; two brothers, Forest and Virgil Bonnett; two sisters, Helen McCoy and Vivian Thompson; two sons-in-law, David Belt and James Cheuvront; and one great-grandchild, Camden David Joy.
 Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Matheny Whited Funeral Home of Elizabeth with the Rev. Mark Eaton officiating. Interment will be at K of P Cemetery of Elizabeth. Visitation will be from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. until time of service Saturday at the funeral home.

Mae Phillips
  PARKERSBURG - Mae Louise Phillips, 94, of Parkersburg died Thursday, March 18,
2004, at The Willows Nursing Home.
  She was born in Elizabeth, a daughter of the late G.B. and Sarah Bishop Kidder.
  She was a homemaker and had worked at American Viscose and the Masonic Home.
  She was a member of Broadway Baptist Church.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Jack and Nellie Phillips of Texas; daughter and son-in-law, Janet and Bill Larue of Parkersburg; five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
  She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold R. Phillips, in 1960; seven brothers; three sisters; and a grandson, Michael Philip Larue.
  Services will be 1 p.m. Monday at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg, with Pastor Kevin Phillips officiating.  Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery North.  Visitation will be from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
