OBITUARY:
 Bert L. Foutty, 78, of Washington, W.Va., went to be with the Lord on April 18, 2007, at his residence after an extended illness.
  He was born at Petroleum, W.Va., on Feb. 17, 1929, a son of the late Bert and Sophia Headley Foutty.
 Bert served four years in the US Air Force, was a member of the American Legion Post 15, Parkersburg, retired from DuPont after 33 years, Dick's Auto for 16 years and was a loyal member of the Lubeck United Methodist Church.
 He is survived by his wife, Janice Reeves Foutty of 51 years; two sons, Greg Foutty and his wife, Kathy, of Nitro, W.Va., and Doug Foutty and his wife, Laura, of Washington, W.Va.; one daughter, Carolyn Mullins and her husband, Danny, of Winfield, W.Va.; and 10 grandchildren, Jaime and Jessica of North Carolina, Drew and Lauren of Charleston, W.Va., Brienne of Evans, W.Va., Dustin and Jonathan of Winfield, W.Va., and Lindsay, Destiny and Reagan of Washington.
 In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Andrew; and two sisters, Ruby Beha and Edith Dulaney.
 Funeral services will be 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the Lubeck United Methodist Church with the Rev. Mark Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Lubeck Cemetery with military graveside rites by American Legion Post 15, Parkersburg. Friends may call from 2-8 p.m. Saturday at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St., south Parkersburg, and one hour prior to services Sunday at the church.

OBITUARY:
Cleo V. Caton
 ROSEVILLE: Cleo V. Caton, 98, of Roseville, went home to be with her Lord in Heaven peacefully Monday, September 12, 2016 at Genesis Hospice Morrison House. She was born in Crooksville to the late Henry and Teressa Valentine Fluharty on May 5, 1918. Cleo worked locally at Brush and McCoy Potteries and was a member of the Ebenezer United Methodist Church, where she taught Sunday school for many years. She was also a member of Ohio Eastern Star of Duncan Falls. Cleo is survived by her beloved sisters; Gay Rhodes and Fay Fluharty of Roseville; nieces and nephews, Linda Fulk, Ron Fluharty, Steve Rhodes, Don Fluharty, Gay-Wynn Cooper, Dave Fluharty, Sherman Fluharty, Carol Sue Dreier; a special nurse Patty Steer. She was preceded in death by her husband Carl Caton who passed away in 1951; sisters, Alma Bush and Zetta V. Bush; brothers, Guy, Melvin, Winford, Russell, and Okey Fluharty; 5 nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held Wednesday September 14, 2016 from 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 8 pm at Ross-Frash Funeral Home, 33 Main Street Roseville Oh. Funeral services will be held at Ebenezer United Methodist Church, 10190 East Athens Road, Roseville on Thursday September 15, 2016 at 11 am with Pastors John Sowers and Carolyn Hoskinson officiating. Burial will follow in Ebenezer United Methodist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Genesis Hopice and Ebenezer United Methodist Church.
