According to Hardesty's WV - Ritchie Co., pg 54 - Paulcer died at the age of 80yrs in the year 1873. According to _Heckert - Keister - Dyer_ by Glady Hoffman, pg 5, Paulser died on 17 Aug 1869 in Gilmer Co., West Virgnina.  His marriage date is listed as 22 Dec 1813.
